I teach Turbo Kick and Indoor cycling at the club. I got my start in group exercise instructing in Pittsburgh over 2 years ago and I love motivating others to stay fit and reach their fitness goals!

Fun & Personal - I love traveling, cooking, and playing and listening to music energizes me.  I teach "healthy living" to elementary students in the city and love getting kids excited about health and fitness at an early age!
