Josh has been practicing yoga since 2012 when, after repeated injuries from his regular exercise routine, he decided to seek a more balanced approach to physical health.
He has since maintained a regular practice and completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Southern Star Yoga in Oxford, MS.
