I found my way into group exercise by accident. I was a competitive swimmer from age 6 through college. I swam for Indiana University and was introduced to group exercise by taking a Body Combat class in August of 2011 at Franco’s Athletic Club on the northshore. A year later, I trained to become certified in Body Combat and found my true passion --- the mix of high-intensity cardio training with a martial arts flavor. I trained for CxWorks in 2012 and enjoy the up-tempo feel of a 30-minute, hard-core class.

Motto: Sure you can get a workout on a treadmill, but Body Combat and CxWorks are a much more effective way of conditioning and burning calories. Come join the party!
